摘　　要：新加坡独立 4 0多年来 ,从一个脏乱的犯罪之都 ,发展为世界文明城市国家 ,主要归功于新加坡警方面对社会化进程与经济的发展中的诸多新问题 ,及时作出调整。他们学习日本的交番制度 ,创设了邻里警岗 ,并进一步发展为邻里警察中心。Singapore has grown in many ways over the past 40 years to become a famous city-state that enjoys a sense of safety and security. Much of the transformation from a old crime-ridden town to a safe city today can be contributed to the SPF's measures to the new problems on the improvement of social and economic situation. They adopted the Koban system for use in Singapore environment and established NPPs. Today it has modified to NPCs.Singapore community policing supplies a lot of experience to the building of Chinese policing.
