摘 要:自然科学与社会科学的交融,是当今教育发展的总体趋势,更是高等院校改革的焦点所在。为此,必须进行教学、学科建设、师资队伍培养三个方面的渗透与融合,加快人文社会科学在理工科院校的发展,建立人文教育体系、促进文理渗透,对于培养全面发展的人才有着重要意义。理工科院校近几年在人文教育方面取得了巨大进展,但在师资队伍培养、教学设置、培养计划、教学要求、课程比例等方面还存在许多问题,对这些问题的研究和解决,对于理工科院校的发展必将起到巨大的推动作用。Integration of natural and social sciences is a general tendency in the current education all over the world. It is also a focal point of the reforms in institutions of higher learning. In this situation, it is necessary to conduct the fusion of three aspects, namely teaching, discipline construction, and faculty cultivation. In institutions of science and engineering, to promote the coordinated development of humanities and social sciences has become a top priority task. In order to foster all round competent personnel, it is meaningful to set up a humanistic educational system and to promote the mutual penetration of humanistic and scientific disciplines. In recent years, great progress has been made in humanistic education in institutions of science and engineering. However, quite a few problems still exist in terms of faculty training, pedagogic settings, educational planning, teaching requirements, curriculum proportion, etc. Probing into these problems and providing solutions to them will certainly play a vital role in promoting the development of such institutions.
