摘　　要：通过对宁德师专体育系体操教学中软组织损伤的病因、发病时间、受伤项目、部位与发病率之间的规律进行分析,并提出建议,对预防运动损伤的发生有着极其重要的意义.Through analysis of causes, disease time, injured items and position, rule between disease rates of soft tissue damages in gymnastic sports of the Dep artment of Physical Education in our college, and giving some suggestions, it is to some extent extremely significant to scientifically assure the teaching qual ity of the P.E. department and prevent sports injures from happening.
