摘　　要：秦皇岛市区内生态类型多样,各类生态系统功能突出,自然资源丰富,尤其是海、旅游资源优势突出,为区域经济发展提供了良好的基础条件。该文对秦皇岛市生态系统平衡及资源开发利用水平进行了定量分析。The ecological style in QinHuangdao City is various,and the ecological system functions of different styles are prominent. Natural resources are abundant, especially oceanic and tourist resources, and they provide a good basic condition for area economic development. This paper discussed the balance of ecological system and resources development of QinHuangdao City by data.
