四肢带皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨四肢各类型皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复组织缺损的临床效果。方法 临床分别应用了5种皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复皮肤、软组织缺损8例的实践。皮瓣最大面积15cm×10cm。最小面积3.5cm×2.5cm。结果 8例皮瓣均成活良好,创面Ⅰ期愈合,经6～12月随访,效果满意。结论 四肢带皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣血供可靠,不牺牲主要血管。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of repairing the defected tissues of limbs using the different kinds of island flaps pedunculated vasa vasorum with cutaneous nerve. Methods Five kinds of island flaps with pedunculated vasa vasorum and cutaneous nerve were applied respectively for repairing of 8 cases with skin and soft tissues defect. The maximal area of skin flap was 15 cm x 10cm, minimal area of skin flap was 3. 5cmx 2. 5cm. Results With followed-up 6 - 12 months, the skin flap of 8 cases were survived totally and first intention of wound was obtained. Conclusion Owing to the island flap with pedunculated vasa vasorum and cutaneous nerve has a reliable blood supply and it can remain the main vessels, so it is a good method to repair the defected skin and soft tissues of limbs.
