沙棘枝干制作人造板的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了沙棘制造刨花板的工艺,得出了实验室条件下制造刨花板的最佳工艺条件,并探讨了主要工艺条件对板材主要物理力学性能的影响。试验证明:利用沙棘作原料制造刨花板是可行的,其板材性能可以达到刨花板国家一级品标准。The paper presents optimum process of manufacturing flakeboard by using seabuckthorn branches under the condition of laboratory; meanwhile effect of the primary processes on the physical and mechanical performance of flakeboard is also discussed. The experimental results reveal that flakeboard produced by seabuckthorn branches is feasible. Its qualities are satisfied well with require-ments of the first class flakeboard of state standard.
