摘　　要：一物一权思想源于罗马法,后为大陆法系所承袭和发展,经过两千多年的演进历程,在近代社会经济发生巨大变化的冲击下,一物一权已突破其原有的内涵,需要用现实的眼光对其重新审视。本文就一物一权主义概念,一物一权主义的地位及一物一权的突破进行了浅显的探讨。A thing a power thoughts comes from Ju s Romanum,then inherited and developed by civil law.Through the evolution process of more than2,000years,impacted by the social economy in modern age,it has broke n its original content,and we ought to use the realistic taste to examine it aga in.This text proceeds a plain study of its concept,position,and breakthrough.
