摘 要:简要介绍洪家渡水电站泄洪洞的用途及布置状况,着重研究泄洪洞弧形工作闸门的水封型式、门槽体型、门体结构设计等关键问题,选择了门体主纵梁结构、液压伸缩式止水及突扩跌坎门槽的布置型式,并通过模型试验及电算,调整了体型及结构设计,解决了高水头弧形闸门的门体结构的强度、刚度、高速水流的防振减蚀及闸门止水等关键问题,达到闸门结构简单、造价低及满足闸门运行要求的目的。The paper briefly introduces the use and layout of the discharge tunnel of Hongjiadu Hydropower Station, pays attention to some key design problems such as water seal type of work redial gate of the discharge tunnel, gate slot shape type, gate structure and etc.. In the design, the designer adopted the layout of main longitudinal beam structure of the gate, hydraulic extensiontype water stop and sudden enlargement drop ridge gate slot, and in the light of model tests and computer calculations, the bodyshape and structure are adjusted to solve some key problems such as intensity and stiffness of the body structure of redial gate under high water head, antivibration and reducing corrosion of flow with high speed, as well as water stop of the gate and etc. in order to that the gate structure is sample, cost low and meet the requirement of gate operation.
