摘　　要：在我国城镇化进程中,由于城镇人口的增加和城镇面积的扩大导致农用耕地面积减少、生态环境恶化等问题。解决这些问题的关键是需要对城镇化进程中浪费的土地进行重新利用——城市楼顶绿化,山区劣质土壤改良,农村宅基地的返耕等。During the process of townishness, the population growth and expansion area of the cities and towns, caused a decrease in cropland area, deteriorated environment, ecological disturbance and so on. To solve these problems, requires reusing the land in which land was wasted during the process of townishness. That is to make the top of the buildings green, ameliorate inferior soil and let the subsistence homestead in the country return to be planted.
