摘　　要：课堂教学中学生的学习动机是影响学习的重要变量,是制约学习积极性的重要心理因素,也是学校教育的重要目标。因此,分析学生学习动机的作用及表现,培养和激发学生的学习动机,在教师的课堂教学中具有重要的意义。learning motivation is the inner driving force of the students in l earning. The learning motivation of the student in learning in class is an impor tant variable that influences the learning,an important psychological factor to restrain the learning activity. To stimulate the learning motivation is an impo rtant goal of school education. Therefore,to analyze the function and manifesta tion of the learning motivation of the students,and to cultivate and stimulate the learning motivation of the students are of great significance for teachers i n classroom teaching.
