超声心动图评价老年冠心病患者的左房功能及海水浴的影响

摘　　要：目的超声心动图评价老年冠心病患者左房功能及海水浴体疗运动的影响。方法使用超声心动诊断仪对131例老年冠心病患者入院时、海水浴体疗操康复治疗后作左房功能检查,并与102例健康老人作对照。结果海水浴体疗前老年冠心病组左房功能指标:LAD、LAV、LARV、LASV、LACV、LASF、LAEF的测值均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);海水浴体疗4疗程后与体疗前比,以上各指标均呈显著降低(P<0.01),与对照组比除LACV、LAEF有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)外,其余各指标已接近对照组(P>0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者受左室舒张功能影响,左房负荷明显增加,海水浴体疗操康复治疗有助于减轻左房负荷,改善左房功能。Objectives To assess the left atrial functional variation before and after therapeutic sea water bath physical exercise for elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) by echocardiogram. Methods Echocardiogram was applied to check the left atrial function for 131 elderly patients with CHD previous to and after the sea water bath physical exercise as convalescence treatment and the results were compared with 102 healthy old people. Results Before starting the convalescence treatment by sea water bath physical exercise, the left atrial function indexes of elderly patients with CHD: LAD, LAV, LARV, LASV, LACV, LASF, and LAEF were all higher than that of the contrast group (P<0.01). After the therapeutic physical exercise for 4 convalescence courses every index listed above was reduced significantly (P<0.01); while comparing with the contrast group, the LACV、LAEF were significantly different (P<0.01 or P<0.05), other indexes had no significance (P>0.05). Conclusions The left ventricle diastolic function deterioration in elderly patient with CHD may put the burden on left atrium remarkably. The sea water bath physical exercise being taken as convalescence treatment is helpful to reduce the burden of left atrial function and improve heart function.
