摘　　要：目的　探讨普米克令舒加溴化异丙托品雾化吸入佐治小儿肺炎的疗效。方法　将同期在我科住院的 46例肺炎患儿 ,随机分为普米克令舒 +溴化异丙托品组 (简称为普米克组 )和对照组 ,两组均给予相同的综合性治疗 ,普米克组外加普米克令舒和溴化异丙托品气泵雾化吸入治疗。对治疗前后咳嗽、气喘、哮鸣音、湿口罗音消失及住院时间进行观察比较。结果　两组咳嗽及湿口罗音消失时间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,而在气喘缓解、肺部哮鸣音消失及住院时间方面普米克组较对照组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　普米克令舒加溴化异丙托品雾化吸入佐治小儿肺炎疗效确切 ,安全、操作方便 ,适用于各年龄段的患儿。Objective To explore the effect of pulmicort repules and atrovent solution inhalant nebulized for treating infants with wheezy pneumonia. Methods Forty six patients with wheezy pneumonia were divided randomly into 2 groups (pulmicort repules and atrovent, control). All patients were treated by the same general measures, but the patients in Group (pulmicort repules and atrovent) were nebulized with pulmicort repules and atrovent solution inhalant. Cough, breathless, wheeze, resolution of rale and the duration of being in hospital were analyzed and compared. Results There were no significant differences in the resolution of cough and rale, but significant differences in breathless, wheeze and the duration of being in hospital. Conclusions Pulmicort repules and atrovent solution inhalant is a safe and effective agent nebulized for treating infants with wheezy pneumonia and worth to be recommended.
