摘　　要：针对住宅工程滴水线(槽)不合要求、水泥地面起砂、穿板管洞渗漏等质量通病,分析主要原因,提出预防措施。In allusion to the quality common faults of dripping line falling short of request, sugaring in cement pavement and leaking of board and pipe, this paper analyzes the main causations and puts forward prevention measurements.
