摘　　要：强调城市规划对热电联产可行性研究的关键作用和指导意义,同时指出了可行性研究中的关键部分—热负荷调查与热网部分应着重注意的几个问题。This paper emphasizes important function and direction significance of city planning in feasibility study of regeneration. It also points out several problems that should be pay attention to in the two key parts of the study, thermal load investment and heating network.
