摘　　要：介绍了用高锰酸钾和浓硫酸作混合氧化剂,三氧化铁作插入剂制备的低硫可膨胀石墨,先进行脱酸,再用磷酸浸泡,水洗至中性后,于60℃低温干燥,1050℃高温膨胀,用压缩空气换气,可使制得的柔性石墨的硫含量降至500μg/g以下。This paper introduces technology of low sulfur expandable graphite preparation, in which potassium permanganate and concentrated sulphuric acid act as blended oxide, and ferric trichloride is adopted as inserting agent. After steps of deaciding, dipping in phosphoric acid,water washing to neutrality,drying at the temperature of 60 degree,expanding at high temperature of 1050 degree and changing air with compress air, the sulphur content of made soft graphite can be less 500μg/
