试论上海国际航运中心建设对地区社会经济发展之影响

摘　　要：运用翔实的资料从上海港在东北亚大港中的现实定位分析着手,认为港口状况成为严重制约上海作为国际经济中心城市战略规划实现的瓶颈问题。根据其他国家成功的经验,对上海国际航运中心的构架和充分必要条件作了论述,并提出了现阶段对策。The paper proves with abundant and accurate data that Shanghai, although one of the largest ports in Northeast Asia, is now vexed with the bottleneck which seriously obstructs the realization of the strategic program to become an international economic metropolis because of its present condition of the harbor. It goes on to probe into the prerequisites for building up such a center in light of successful experience from other countries and suggests what to do at the present stage.
