摘　　要：治安行政监督是公安机关依照法定职权和程序,对相对人遵守和执行治安管理法律法规的情况所实施的察看、了解并督促其履行治安义务的行政执法行为。随着我国行政审批制度的改革,公安机关治安行政监督的职能得到了强化。为此,要充分发挥治安行政监督职能作用,必须明确治安行政监督的性质、方法,并严格按照法律要求规范治安行政监督行为。Supervision in administration of public order refers to the inspection that public security unit implements on the offeree to urge him to perform administrative duties. With China's reform in the system of administrative examination and approval, the function of public security unit in supervising administration has been strengthened. To make full use of the supervision of public security unit, its nature, method and legal restrict must be specified.
