中国民族保险业的发轫——试析保险招商局的创立背景及经过

摘　　要：社会的进步 ,经济的繁荣 ,离不开保险事业的发展 ;另一方面 ,保险又是随着生产、贸易的发展和经济关系的复杂化而产生和发展的。 19世纪后半期 ,外商保险业抢占中国保险市场 ,其先进性和高利润回报率具有无比的吸引力 ,为了支持民族企业以及追求利润 ,中国民族保险业应运而生。以保险招商局为代表的中国民族保险业学习和借鉴西方的保险制度和具体办法 ,并结合自身实际自办保险 。The progress of our society and the prosperous of our economy are closely connected with the development of the insurance industry; on the other hand, with the development of produce and trade and the complex of economic relationship, all kinds of insurance industries instantly comes in and develops. In the later period of 1900s, foreign insurance industry seized China insurance market, in order to support our national industry and to pursuit profit, national insurance industry of China came in.Department of Insurance and merchants on behalf of national insurance industry of China, by learning and drawing lessons from western insurance system and exact measures, and joining together our own situation, achieved very large success.
