定制软件项目开发模型的探析

摘　　要：对传统定制软件开发模型缺陷进行分析 ,提出在项目开发的前期引入螺旋来降低风险 ,调整各个开发阶段的人员配置和相应的文档 ,并进行必要的代码审查 ,以提高定制软件的质量。This paper analyzes the flaws of the traditional developing model of the custom-built software. It is suggested that a spiral should be introduced to reduce risks in the earlier stage of item development. The personnel and corresponding files in each of the development stages should be adjusted. Necessary code reviewing should be carried out. In this way, the quality of the custom-built software can be improved.
