摘  要:法律高等职业教育与法律高等普通教育在教学方法上有很多共同点,但也有其不同点。由于法律高职教育的人才培养目标的特殊性和教学方法的职业性与实践性,在理论性教学方法上应围绕人才培养目标要求,突出其理论教学的个性和特色,以培养学生健全的个性和创新能力,提高学生的职业素质和适应能力。Higher vocational law education and higher general law education have a lot in common on teaching methods. but they are also different from eath other. because of the particularity of its training object and the vocational practicing character of its teaching method, higher vocational law education should put emphysis on its teaching characters so as to cultivate students' healthy personality and creative ability,improve their vocational quality and adjusting capability.
