摘　　要：水电站工程工期管理贯穿于工程建设的全过程,工期管理是业主节约投资、提高企业经济效益的有效途径。介绍高坝洲水电站工程,应用工期-效益优化法对工期进行优化缩短了工期,取得的经济效益的情况。The work of time-limit control of a hydropower project should be run through the course from start to finish, it is the effective measure for saving investment and improving economic benefit of the project. Using the'time-limit -benefit optimization' method, the time-limit control of Caobazhou hydropower project is optimized both in stage of design and calling for tenders , as a result, notable economic benefit is yielded.
