摘　　要：采取直接染料染棉再经特种助剂 RE处理的工艺路线 ,来代替活性染料染棉工艺 ,两者相比 ,不但可以达到同等皂洗牢度 ,且可使染色加工成本下降 1 / 3以上 ,并可缩短部分染色生产时间、降低部分排污指标。因此 ,本课题工作具有一定推广应用价值。Compared with the technology that uses reactive dyes to color cotton textiles, the techonogy that uses the special assistant RE as a fixing agent after coloring cotton textiles by direct dyescom achieve the fastness to soap washing at the same level, cut the cost of the production down as much as over 1/3, and reduce the time of dying as well as polluting quatas. Thus, this process is worthy of spreading and applying.
