摘　　要：在网络环境下,高校阅览室工作职能需要深化和拓展,面对新世纪的新型读者群,只有分析各层次读者心理,提 高馆员素质,早日实现资源共享,才能做好高校阅览室工作。Influenced by to the network, the functions of the library in the college should be improved deeply and widely, because of the new readers in the new century. If we want to run the library well , we have only one way, that is,to analyse the mentality of the readers and improve the librarians' qualities.
