摘  要:有机合成中所用到的溶剂在环境污染物中高居榜首,因为它们的用量大且易挥发。固相缩合反应有许多的优点, 例如:减少了污染,消耗低且操作简单。这些方面无论对工业还是环境都是有益的。本文通过研磨法来改进Knoeve- nagel反应,使芳香醛和哒咪酮在无溶剂和室温的条件下发生反应。The solvents used in organic synthesis are top on the list of environmental pollutants, because they are employed in large amounts and usually are volatile liquids. Solid phase reactions have many advantages such as less pollution, lower cost and simplicity in processing. The above are beneficial to industry as well as the environment. An improved Knoevenagel reaction of aromatic aldehydes and dimedone can be achieved by grinding in the absence of solvents.
