摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,豫北地区间歇性地暴发了鸡传染性喉气管炎(AILT)。由于传统的弱毒疫苗毒性较强,尤其是对雏鸡,免疫后出现一定的发病率。因此,我们从发病鸡分离到了当地的强毒,经提纯后,制备了油乳剂灭活苗。经使用,其保护率和安全性均优于市售弱毒疫苗,有效地预防和控制了该病的发生和流行。Since 1990's, avian infectious laryngotracheitis has intermittently out-broken in areas of northern Henan province.Chickens especially chicklings showed some incidence after inoculated with marketed attenuated live vaccines, as the virulence of such vaccines was higher than that was expected.The endemic virulent virus was isolated from infected chickens in chicken farm, and was prepared into oilemulsion inactive vaccine after being purified.Both of its protective rate and safety were found better than that of marketed attenuated vaccines after being used.It can prevent and control AILT effectively.
