摘　　要：将CDM机制引入火电厂的技术改造,以CDM项目的方式通过将火电机组技改后的CO_2减排量出售给发达国家来换取外资对电厂技改的支持是促进我国火电行业节能减排的一个重要措施。Through introducing CDM project in the energy-saving technical reform in power plants and selling the CERs which produced from energy-saving in power plant are very important steps for promoting energy-saving and reducing CO_2 exhaust in thermal generation industry.
