摘　　要：本文简要介绍了芬兰和英国生物质-煤混燃发电的情况和特点,分析了混燃发电的技术经济优势,概括了欧盟、芬兰和英国政府引导和鼓励混燃发电的政策和措施,还介绍了欧盟国家监测和核实混燃发电中生物质消耗量的方法和机制,特别是芬兰VTT的C-14监测技术,最后提出了几点对我国发展混燃发电值得借鉴的经验。This paper briefly introduces the status and features of biomass-coal co0-firing power generation in Finland and United Kingdom,analyzes the economic advantage of co-firing technology for power generation, sums up the incentive policy and measures made by the governments of EU,Finland and UK to lead and encourage the development of co-firing power generation.Measurement and supervision methods and mechanism for the consumption of biomass during co-firing are also introduced,especially the C-14 technology de...
