摘　　要：理论上,由于聚集效应的存在,FTA的成立对于成员国吸引外商投资的影响是不确定的。采用1988-2006年包括39个国家在内的跨国样本数据,对FTA外商直接投资效应进行面板数据的计量回归检验结果表明:与他国签订FTA在有利于一国吸引FDI流入的同时,也可能由于集聚效应而不利于该国FDI的流入。The impact of FTA on foreign direct investment(FDI) is uncertain for FTA member theoretically because of the agglomeration.We make use of the cross countries panel data about 39 countries for 19 years from 1988 to 2006 to test this uncertain impact which shows that the establishment of FTA on one hand would help members in attracting inward FDI,on the other hand probably be harmful for member s inward FDI due to the agglomeration effect.
