摘　　要：民营铁路公司是现代日本大城市圈交通及综合开发建设中不可或缺的重要力量。其以城郊或城际交通为事业发展舞台的战略安排,主业与兼业相互依赖并行发展的实现途径,多功能社区综合开发建设的经营特色,对我国现代化城市的开发建设不无启迪。在科学制定城市发展长期规划的前提下,京津沪等大城市的中国式"山手线-民铁联通模式"势在必行。The private railway companies have been one of the key roles to construct the transportation and the comprehensive development of Japan huge modern city circles.There are several business models for the private railway companies as following:basing on the suburb traffic or the intercity transportation,being interdependence of the parallel development on the main business and sideline,making development and construction of multi-functional communities,which should be references for the construction of modern...
