摘　　要：整体介绍了宁波钢铁有限公司的发展历程、公司概况、组织机构、经营管理策略、工艺装备和技术、生产组织、产品品种构成现状;结合宁钢在宝钢集团所处的位置,重点阐述了宁钢"低成本、高效率"经营策略的实践,全力把宁钢打造成宝钢集团低成本示范性企业的工作目标及公司发展前景。A whole introduction to Ningbo Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.(Ningbo Steel) s development course,company survey,organization,business strategy,process equipment and technique,production organizations and product variety was given.Combined with the position of Ningbo Steel in Baosteel Group,this paper stressed the implementation of Ningbo Steel s strategy of "low cost and high efficiency",job objective and prospects of building Ningbo Steel into a low cost model enterprise in Baosteel Group Corporation.
