天然染料、活性染料和天然活性染料的抗菌性研究(Ⅰ)——染液的抗菌性研究

摘　　要：以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌为实验菌种,测定了天然染料、活性染料和天然活性染料的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:各种染料的染液都有不同程度的抗菌作用,其中天然活性染料的最小抑菌浓度介于天然染料和活性染料之间。The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of natural dyes,reactive dyes and natural reactive dyes were measured for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli strains.The results showed,all of the three kinds of dyes had antibacterial activity,and their antibiotic actions to stains used in the experiments were different.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of natural reactive dyes was between that of natural dyes and reactive dyes.
