摘 要:采用铁屑-烟道灰内电解法处理模拟分散大红GS染料废水。实验结果表明,在废水pH为5、铁屑加入量为6g、烟道灰加入量为8g、搅拌时间为20m in的最佳条件下处理250mL质量浓度为50m g/L的染料废水,废水的脱色率达81.1%。经铁屑-烟道灰处理后,分散大红GS染料在227.0nm处的特征吸收峰显著降低。所含偶氮基团被还原为苯胺类物质,铁屑被氧化为Fe2+,碱性条件下,Fe2+与OH-生成Fe(OH)2絮凝体。内电解法处理染料废水是氧化还原作用、混凝吸附作用等综合效应的结果。The simulated dye wastewater containing disperse scarlet GS was treated by scrap iron-flue dust internal electrolysis process.The experimental results show that the 250 mL dye wastewater with 50 mg/L of mass concentration was treated under the optimum conditions of initial wastewater pH 5,scrap iron dosage 6 g,flue dust dosage 8 g and stirring time 20 min,the decolorization rate of the wastewater can reach 81.1%.The characteristic Absorption peak of disperse scarlet GS at 227.0 nm is declined after treatment by scrap iron and flue dust.And the degradation product of disperse scarlet GS was aniline-like matter.At the same time,scrap iron is oxidized to Fe2+ and formed to Fe(OH)2 floc with OH-under alkaline condition.The internal electrolysis process for the treatment of dye wastewater is based on redox and coagulation adsorption.
