摘　　要：云南有丰富的水能资源和与东南亚国家相邻的区位优势。如何把握国家实施“西电东送”的战略机遇,积极开拓国内、国际电力市场,利用资源优势,加快培育水电支柱产业和实施“云电外送”战略,是值得研究的重大课题。there is not only abundant water resource but also the advantage of t he location close to the nations of southeast Asia in Yunnan.How to hold the st rategic opportunity that the nation carries out the'the electricity from the w est to the east',positively expand the domestic,international electric power market,make use of the resources advantage,and quickly grow the aquatic electr icity into pillar industry and actualize the strategy of'sending Yunnan electri city to outside',these are important questions with research value.
