摘　　要：A new algorithm for the calculation of the electron state of superlattice was proposed. From the electron wave point of view, the reflection and interference of electron wave at the interface of superlattice were accounted for and the electron states of the superlattice were discussed. The electron energy levels calculated using this algorithm are in good agreement with experimental results.
