摘　　要：技术创新制度建设的核心是法律制度建设问题。本文从分析我国技术创新法律制度建设存在的问题入手 ,探讨了技术创新法律制度建设的原则 ,并主张从技术创新主体、技术创新中介服务组织、风险投资以及政府对技术创新的支持、监督和管理几个方面加强技术创新法律制度建设 。The key point of the technical innovation construction system is to further the law system construction. With an analysis of the existing problems of our country's technical innovation law system, this paper gives a study of the main principles of technical innovation law system construction, stressing the necessity to strengthen the technical innovation law system construction from the following aspects including the technical innovation property, service organization, risk investment, government support, government supervision, government management, etc., so as to offer protection for enterprise technical innovation.
