摘　　要：学习型图书馆是未来图书馆的存在形式。我们应深刻把握学习型图书馆的特征 ,立足当前实际 ,以人为本 ,深化改革 ,高度重视图书馆员在未来图书馆发展中的关键作用 ,建立健全学习激励机制和保障机制 。based on analyzing the main features of learning library and the realistic foundation and the problems faced by constructing learning library, the author discusses the fundamental principles and cut-in point of constructing learning library. The author believes that deepening reforms is the cut-in point of constructing learning library.
