省属体育院校办学体制改革与发展对策研究

摘　　要：高等教育体制改革,使省属体育院校成为我国体育院校管理体制的一种主流模式。针对当前省属体育院校在办学体制、培养目标、学科专业建设和资源配置、办学空间等方面存在的主要问题与困难,必须遵循找准位置、突出重点、办出特色、理顺体制的改革原则,坚持教学、科研、训练"三结合"的办学方向,加强地方体育资源的系统整合,以培养竞技体育人才为基础,将培养竞技体育人才与其他各类体育人才结合起来,并实施学校内部管理体制和运行机制的配套改革,才能形成自己的优势与特色,在发展中求生存,不断办大、办好,在促进体育事业发展中再创辉煌。The reform of higher education system makes the provincial institutes of physical education become a mainstream mode in the administrative system of institutes of physical education in China.Aiming at the main problems and difficulties in the aspects of school running system,cultivated objective,construction of subjects and major,resource allocation,school running space,etc.,it must follow the principles of reform in finding correct place,giving prominence to the emphases,running them with unique features and coordinating the system.It should persist in the school running orientation and strengthen the system conformity of local sports resources.With the cultivation of competitive sport talents as the basis,it should combine the cultivation of competitive sport talents with other sport talents and also carry out the corresponding reforms of administrative system and operational mechanism of the institutes to form their own advantages and features.It should seek the survival in the development and run the institutes well with large scale,so as to create a splendor again in improving of the development of sports cause.
