摘　　要：本文在对可申请再次扣船的情形和范围进行分析的基础上,指出再次扣船现行规定的立法缺陷并提出完善意见。同时,对司法实践中容易与再次扣船相混淆的重复扣船问题,加以比较研究。On the basis of analysis on the condition and the coverage of the re-arrest of ship to be applied, the article points out the legal defects of the current regulations of the re-arrest ship, and puts forward proposals for consummation. Meanwhile, in view of the confusion of two concepts between the re-arrest of ship and the overlap-arrest of ship in the legal practice, the study and comparison between them are carried out. .
