内生场热疗法治疗晚期肿瘤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨内生场热疗法在晚期肿瘤治疗中的安全性及近期疗效。方法 采用NRL-001型内生场热疗系统对74例恶性肿瘤进行384人次热疗。通过对皮肤灼伤、治疗中疼痛等的观察,评估其安全性,并经胸片、B超、CT等检查评价其近期疗效。结果 74例患者治疗过程中均无疼痛,仅1.3％(5/384)人次受到Ⅰ度皮肤灼伤。74例中,达CR(完全缓解)13.5％,PR(部分缓解)31.1％,而NC(没有缓解)55.4％。47例合并不同程度疼痛患者经内生场热疗后,87.3％有不同程度的缓解。结论 内生场热疗可望作为一种新型的安全有效的肿瘤辅助治疗手段。Objective To evaluate the safety and recent effect of endogenetic field tumor hyperthermia (EFTH) for malignant tumors. Methods 74 patients with advanced carcinoma were treated by EFTH of type NRL -001. The safety was evaluated by skin burned and pain at the therapeutic time; and its recent efficacy were also assessed by X - ray, ultrasonography and CT. Results No pain was felt at the therapeutic course in all the cases. And only 1. 3% (5/384) had first degree skin burned. Among 74 cases, 13. 5% obtained CR, 31. 1% PR and 55.4% NC. Among 47 cases who accompanied with pain of different degree, 66% had CR, 21.3% PR. Conclusion As a new adjuvant therapeutic measure, EFTH is safe and effective in treating malignant tumors.
