摘　　要：水库消落区是可以利用的宝贵资源 ,消落区土地的有效利用 ,可成为库区周边经济发展的一个新的增长点。The degrading area of reservoir is an available resource.The efficient use of the land can be a new economic growth point to the periphery of the reservoir.This article introduces the use of the degrading area is practicable and discusses the method and contents of enacting planning.
