摘　　要：在社会发展过程中 ,难免会出现各种矛盾 ,群体性矛盾是当前影响社会治安和社会稳定的一大因素。充分认识和把握这类矛盾的规律和特点 ,是我们疏导和化解矛盾的前提 ,也是有效防范矛盾激化的对策与思路。During the course of social development, it is inevitable for us to encounter various kinds of contradictions, among which collective contradictions are one of the major factors to affect the present social public security and social stability. To fully understand and grasp the law and characteristics of this kind of contradictions is not only a prerequisite for us to mediate contradictions but also a countermeasure to effectively protect the intensification of contradictions.
