体育大学生健康教育行为问题初探

摘　　要：通过对 14 2名体育大学生进行的有关非健康行为的调查发现 ,体育大学生在校期间 ,吸烟、饮酒、自慰、无故缺课、作弊、打架等行为时有发生。其中 ,关于自慰行为 ,19 6 1%的女同学拒绝回答。男生打架行为的发生率为 4 5 6 0 % ,打架行为较为严重。本文对非健康行为及其成因进行了讨论 ,并提出了相应干预策略和解决办法 ,旨在为有关管理部门科学管理、健康教育及教师因材施教提供依据。A questionnaire about cultivation behavior on health is made among 142 physical education majors and it is found out that they are having bad hobbies such as smoking, drinking, doing nothing for leisure, absence from lesson, trick on test, fighting during they are at the college. 19.61% of girl students refuse to answer the reason of doing nothing and 45.60% of boy students have fought. The paper is aimed at discussing about the reason of those and working out the measures and strategies in order to offer reference to the management.
