摘　　要：研究了在酸性介质中痕量钒催化 H2 O2氧化抗坏学酸体系的反应和动力学条件 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钒的新方法。该方法的检出限为 0 .0 5 ng/ m L ,线性范围为 0～ 0 .5μg/ 2 5 m L ,该方法用于水样及人发中痕量钒的测定 。In this paper,a new catalytic spectrophotometric method of determing trace vandium(Ⅴ) was proposed .The method was based on the catalytic effect of vanadium(Ⅴ)on the oxidation of ascorbic acid by hydrogen peroxide in HAc-NaAc buffer solution.The optimum conditions for determination of vandium(Ⅴ)were established.The limit of detection is 0.05ng/mL of vandium(Ⅴ).The linear rang is 0-0.5μg/25mL of vandium(Ⅴ).The method has been applised to determining trace vandium(Ⅴ)in water and human hair with satisfactory results.
