摘　　要：在经济全球化大潮中 ,中国保障经济主权与经济安全应把着眼点放在把自己的事情办好、建立起参与经济全球化的新理念、重视制度建设、注重人力支持、发挥外交特色与优势。During the development of economic globalization,China should,in terms of protection of the sovereignty and the security of our economy,lay special emphasis on the various aspects such as good management of our own businesses,establishment of the new conception concerning participation in economic globalization,emphasis on construction of rules and regulations,and highlighting intellectual backup,employment of special characteristics and advantages of Chinese diplomacy and attachment of importance to the development of Chinese features.
