摘　　要：网络的出现,为报刊编辑提供了一种新的信息获取渠道。报刊编辑既是网络信息的接收对象又是网络信息的整合和再传播主体。网络信息包容了大量正效信息和负效信息,报刊编辑对网络信息的接收整合要有一个科学合理的取舍选择,其选择的要义在“避害”与“趋利”,在于通过网络信息获新、获真、获知、获乐,获利。The emergence of the network, provide the press editor a new way to obtain information. The editors are the receivers of the information on line as well as integrators and propagandist. As the network contain plenty of positive and negative information, the press editor should have a scientific and reasonable selection when they receiving and integrating the information in network. The key to the selection is to sift out the bad and to pursue the good, is to obtain new, reality, knowledge and pleasure.
