摘　　要：伴随着规范的市场准入机制的建立,大量新的股份制商业银行将不断产生,一些经营不佳的股份制商业银行将退出市场。除少数会发展成为全国性的商业银行外,大多数将仍是区域性商业银行。上市将成为股份制商业银行发展的一个重要内容。兼并将成为股份制商业银行发展的一个手段。股份制商业银行会与客户互为支撑发展自己。同时,与其他银行之间的合作也会加强。A lot of new stock system in commercial banks will be set up with the establishment of standard mechanism in normative stock market, some stock system in commercial banks that did not run well will disappear from the market. The most commercial banks will still be the national commercial banks except a few banks become the national commercial banks. The commercial bank goes on the stock market will be an important content of its development, the annexing will be an important means of its development, the stock system in commercial bank and its clients can prop each other and develop itself, mean while, it can strengthen the cooperation of other banks.
