摘　　要：根据黄河下游断流特征观测数据,应用数理统计方法,分析其时空分布规律,探讨断流特征要素间的相关关系;应用随机数学等方法,建立预测模型,分析黄河下游来水、用水、降水及断流历时发展趋势,并进行断流长度等预测。According to the cutout characteristic data of the lower reaches of the Yellow River,and by using mathematical statistics methods ,the cutout days and length law and correlative relation among several characteristic factors in the lower reaches of the Yellow River are probed.Tendency of precipitation and cutout days is analyzed and cutout length is forecast by using such methods as stochastic mathematics and so on .
