天然染料、活性染料和天然活性染料的抗菌性研究(Ⅱ)——被染丝绸的抗菌性研究

摘　　要：以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌为实验菌种,对天然染料、活性染料和天然活性染料所染丝绸的抗菌性进行了定性和定量研究。结果表明:天然活性染料所染丝绸属于非溶出型,其抑菌率略低于天然染料所染丝绸的抑菌率,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率要高于对大肠杆菌的抑菌率。Qualitative and quantitative antibacterial activity experiments of silk dyed with natural dyes,reactive dyes and natural reactive dyes were carried out for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli strains.The results showed that,silk dyed with natural reactive dyes belonged to non-leaching type,and its inhibitory rate was slightly lower than that of silk dyed with natural dyes;moreover,the activity against S.aureus of silk dyed with natural reactive dyes was better than it against E.coli.
