摘　　要：我国已进入国际公认的社会矛盾敏感期,巨大而深刻的社会经济变革,导致了利益格局的急剧变化和价值观念的深刻变迁。社会矛盾的凸显和公民权利意识的认知,与现代信息传播手段交织在一起,致使群体性事件频繁发生,对经济秩序、政治秩序、社会秩序以及人们的心理预期构成相当影响,增加了改革的社会成本,折射出我国社会秩序管理有效性的严重不足。以我国近年发生的标本性群体性事件为对象进行根源挖掘和理论总结,对正确处理群体性事件,实现社会的长治久安,具有战略意义。China has already been in a critical period of social conflicts.The huge socioeconomic reform results in the rapid changes of existing patterns of interests and the quick transition of values.The combination of the highlighted social conflicts and the awaken consciousness of human rights make the mass events happen frequently between people of different classes and their administrative departments.There is no direct relationship of interests among the different parties though the events matter a lot in inte...
