摘　　要：城乡流通市场体系不健全造成了农村消费市场发育不良,启动乏力的局面,严重制约着全国统一市场的形成和农村经济社会的发展。针对当前各地城乡流通市场体系建设中存在的体系不完善、规划滞后、监管不到位和缺少符合农民需求偏好的商品等突出问题,本文认为一要提高认识水平、强化监督检查,二要立足优势发展农产品批发、零售市场,三要着力构建农村日用消费品和农业生产资料流通渠道网络。Imperfection of urban-rural circulation market system results in the situation of poor development of rural consumption market,and shortage of strengthening in opening rural market.The formation of national market and development of rural economic society are seriously restricted.In view of the present major problems existing in the construction of urban-rural circulation market system in all places such as system imperfection,lagging planning,insufficient supervision and shortage of commodities meeting the...
